Educational Theories: The Self

Theory:
Locke's theory of Self is often considered the origin of the modern concept of identity. This states that when born the mond is a "blank slate" with no innate ideas. Locke concidered Self to be the consious thinking thing that is inside all of us that makes us self-aware, whatever it might be made up of.
