3 Elements in a Successful Reflection

1) Description - describe the event.
2) Analysis - critique what you are reflecting on, and analyze it.
3) Action - talk about how it has pushed you into some kind of action.

Dewey taught that reflection is more than just regurgitating what happened. How can this process impact future teachers?
