Use the whole page space to create the illusion of size. To signify importance, make word or picture so enormous that the page in which it’s displayed can apparently not contain it.
The company that created this ad was trying to emphasize friendlyness. They show what is important by making the word hello the biggest word on the page.
This add is trying to show that there can be alot of people applying for a job. The size of the people suggests sadly enough the insignificance of all the applicants.
